A new way to Recycle :)

Spent most of yesterday with the In-Laws deciding what clothes to give away to charity, what to throw away and what to keep. Me and my Partner still had loads of our clothes round their house from when we were living there last year. I did not realize what a lover of clothes i really am... I have so many, most of them still with tags on! I found a lovely tshirt that was only worn a couple of times but didn't want to part with it. It reminded me of the '100 Acre Wood' from Winnie The Pooh, which worked for me as Finlays room is based on the story.

Before...

I had a spare cushion, so thought i'd make a new one to go on his nursing chair in his room. It turned out just the right size for my cushion insert.

After :)
Really pleased with it, and Finlay approved too!
I will be making some more cushions soon, cutting out all my patchwork squares tonight. So more cushions on the way! Hope all my followers are all well and had a great weekend, love to you all xx
